Available in single and dual density. Formthotics Hockey insoles are heat molded to your feet using a Formthotics V20 Heating Machine in-store. Our Formax foam continues to customize to your movements for the following two weeks, creating a truly personalized fit.
Foot, limb and knee are well aligned, supported and prepared to take an efficient turning edge regardless of the terrain. The foot is stabilised within the boot with even weight and pressure distribution providing optimum feedback, improving edge maintenance and control.

Thermoformable Fit
Our heat-mouldable foam technology allows instant customisation, ensuring a personalised fit within 3 minutes, right in the store. It moulds to each unique foot shape, increasing the foot’s contact with the ground for better feedback, comfort, and confidence.
Antimicrobial
Formthotics contain Ultra-Fresh, which inhibits the growth of bacteria and fungi that cause odours and stains. The closed-cell foam also prevents moisture from penetrating the surface, keeping them light, odour-free and easy to clean.
Arch Support
Designed to support your foot in a neutral position, offering longitudinal, lateral and transverse arch support under the metatarsal heads. Crafted with precision, it features a teardrop shape milled into the foam, which enhances medial stability. This design ensures optimal comfort and alignment, promoting better foot health.
Heel Cup
Crafted to provide a snug, three-dimensional fit around the heel, assisting with shock absorption and minimizing heel strike. It offers greater heel support and control, delivering a more precise fit that seamlessly aligns with footwear while adapting to the unique contours of each foot.
Stability
With the biomechanical design and thermoformable foam, Formthotics enhance balance and stability by creating a load-spreading contact between the foot and orthotic, improving sensory input and joint proprioception.
